Upon insertion of a NUSO stick into the barrel (until you meet resistance), press the fire button to begin the heating process. A vibrations alerts after approx 20 seconds, once the session is ready to begin. Inhale as you would normally on a cigarette. Each stick lasts a minimum of 15 puffs and the session automatically ends after 4 minutes.
